The Desert Rattler

The alleged monster, known as Lagarfljótsormurinn, Iceland’s version of Scotland’s Loch Ness Monster, has been a part of Icelandic folklore since 1345.

To be, or not to be is the question of the day..........

Oh, it's quite real.

Loch Ness is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. These creatures range all across the North Atlantic and the Baltic Sea, the North Sea and the English Channel. In parts of western Scotland, one need only sit on a hillside overlooking the sea to spot them, particularly around the area of Kingairloch, on the northern coast of loch Linnhe, where they regularly leave the ocean and move inland, to many small lochs with high fish populations. They do exist.

No, it's not actually moving under it own power, the forces of the water is what's pushing it around.

Ah, if only the video & pictures of these "things" were more clear... I would love to believe there are creatures out there that we do not know about.

None of these types of vids are ever clear...that was the first thing I looked for with this video. If the video is out of focus, move on, it's a hoax.

These creatures, like Big Foot, can't help it if they are fuzzy.
*giggles*

Actually I'm always quite intrigued by these types of stories. They have histories of sitings that date back hundreds of years. Lake Champlain has one as well.

I'm rather glad these photos always come out fuzzy. Could you imagine the crowds of people dragging these lakes to capture one if definitive photographic proof of their existence were available? There would be no peace until one was dragged out of the waters, killed and dissected. You know how we humans just can't leave anything alone.

daMamma, I was thinking the same thing about the destruction we humans cause when we choose to "study" something. But I would really like a clear pic just for me......

I don't think Nessie is "fuzzy" - LOL

I'd love a real crystal clear photo too!

That's true, Nessie isn't fuzzy. She just a wee bit out of focus. Great survival strategy actually. You're never really sure if you saw what you think you saw.

LOL

the object isn't moving.  it's stationary and the water is moving past it.  think relativity.

the person taking the picture knew this, so exactly how many idiots does it take to believe something ridiculous?
