I have been watching American Idol since it's inception, and have noticed the changes in the voting since technology has taken over the way the voting is done. There aren't any controls on the age of the voter, nor how many times they can vote.

It no longer is voted on as to the talent of the person. It appears that it is now based on what the teeny boppers like, and who's record they would buy. It is all about the almight dollar, not talent.
